Review of OCCESS
I booked a MetroRide taxi last Friday for a business meeting, expecting the usual smooth experience. The driver arrived 12 minutes late, but was friendly. While the car was clean, the GPS route kept changing, causing us to miss our tight window by 20 minutes. I appreciate their quick response once I called the support line, but the delays and detours made the trip stressful. For important appointments, I’d recommend another provider.
