I recently used CityRide Transport for a daily commute and overall it was decent, but a few hiccups kept it from being flawless. The driver was friendly and the car was spotless, which made the ride pleasant. However, the bus was 10 minutes late on the first day, causing me to miss a meeting. The app’s real‑time updates were reliable, and the payment process was smooth. I appreciate the punctuality on most days, but a few delays mar the experience.
