I recently used ExpressHaul to ship a batch of office supplies to a client. The pickup was on time, and the driver arrived promptly. The items were handled carefully and arrived in perfect condition. However, the online tracking updates lagged, so I had to call customer support twice to confirm delivery status. The final invoice was accurate, but the billing portal was confusing at first. Overall, solid service with minor hiccups.
