I booked a one‑way ticket with RapidRide Express for a quick commute from downtown to the airport. The driver arrived on schedule and the seat was clean, so the ride started well. However, the fare was unexpectedly higher than the advertised price, and the company didn’t provide a clear breakdown of the extra charge. The vehicle was also a bit cramped, making it uncomfortable for the long ride. Overall, good reliability but the price and lack of transparency left me disappointed.
