Review of OCCESS
I booked a ride with UrbanGo Transport for a crucial meeting, but the driver was 20 minutes late. While he apologized and was courteous, the bus was packed and I had to sit in the back seat. The ride was smooth once I got on, yet the delay caused me to miss my connection. I appreciate the friendly attitude but the lack of punctuality makes it hard to recommend.
