Review of OCCESS
Riding with CityTransit Express last Thursday was a mixed bag. The driver was friendly and kept me updated on traffic, but the bus missed three scheduled stops because of a detour. On the bright side, the seats were unexpectedly clean and the onboard Wi‑Fi worked consistently throughout the 45‑minute journey. I appreciated the punctual departure, but the missed stops left me a bit frustrated. Overall, the service is solid, yet it could use tighter route adherence.
