Review of OCCESS
I booked a ride with CityRide Bus Co last Friday hoping for a quick trip to downtown. The bus actually arrived 30 minutes late, and the driver seemed distracted, which made me anxious. On the bright side, once on board he apologized and offered a complimentary beverage. The ride itself was smooth and he knew the best shortcut to avoid traffic, getting us there 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled ETA. Still, the initial delay left a sour taste, but the overall experience was better than I expected.
