Review of OCCESS
I booked FastLane Transport for a last‑minute trip from the airport to downtown. The driver was punctual and friendly, and the van was clean. However, I had to wait 15 minutes for the vehicle after the pickup time, which annoyed me. The GPS system was a bit unreliable and the driver got lost a few minutes into the ride. On the plus side, the fare was competitive and the driver apologized quickly. Overall, decent service but not flawless.
